This is an excellent songbook which I purchased whilst on holiday in Warwickshire in 1999. It contains several songs completely new to me which I have since taken into my repertoire (these include Come to my window, David of the White Rock, Farewell, ye green fields, Here's to the maiden, Hush, my dear, lie still, Maids at eighteen, The Murder of Maria Marten, The Oak and the Ash, The Unquiet Grave).
